The South Coast Villas Homeowners Association, located in Santa Ana, California, consists of 304 condominiums with two large recreation clubhouses, two pool/spa areas, several water fountains, barbecues, laundry rooms and play areas located throughout the property and an on-site commercial building. Our analysis of their utility bills and our on-site field inspection of their property uncovered several utility billing overcharges and opportunities for utility expense reductions.
